Volunteers

Less than 10 days per month - Volunteers need the following to be processed:
  • Volunteer form (found on website)
  • TB test results (dated within 60 days or volunteering start date) expires every 4 years
  • Volunteer Training Completion Certificate
 
More than 10 days per month - Volunteers must provide the following to be processed:
  • Volunteer form
  • TB test results (dated within 60 days of volunteering start date) expires every 4 years
  • Current dirvers license or California ID (name matches Social Security card)
  • Social Security card or number (name matches drivers license)
  • Volunteer fingerprint clearance from Classified Human Resources
 
Volunteer process for more than 10 days per month:
 
Principal signs the Request for Fingerprinting form.
 
Volunteer takes required documents to Classified Human Resources:
 
  • Request for Fingerprinting form
  • Current drivers license or California ID
  • Social Security card or number
  • TB test results (dated within 60 days of volunteering start date) expires in 4 years
Volunteers are required to attend an Informative Volunteer Training
 
Training dates:
 
  1. TBD at 5:00 pm in room 306
  2. TBD at 8:15 am in room 306
  3. TBD at 8:15 am in room 306
