Required Documents to Upload to PowerSchool

To register your child, you will need to upload the following documents:

Original Birth Certificates
Vaccination Records
Proof of Residence: light, water, or gas bill that states you proof of residence
- For renters: If someone else is paying the utilities (e.g. landlord or other person), complete the verification of residence form. Bring a copy of the landlord/other person's ID and a copy of their utility bill.
ID with current home address on it.
If needed, any/all Student Transcripts
A copy of your child's IEP if applicable
The registrar will provide additional documents to complete registration.
